How it works?

ePanchang provides good times and not so good times for certain activities, events and/or celebrations.

This information is provided in two ways. One, for the population in general, based on overall astrological rules, which say this is good, this is bad, this is not so bad and so on.

On the other hand, ePanchang also predicts if a day and time of the day will be productive or positive or is a good time for a certain activity, based on an individual's date, time and place of birth. In other words, ePanchang provides your own unique, personal astrological almanac, for your own ready reference.

That's not all. ePanchang also provides you a family panchang, your family astrological almanac, which could be used when planning a group function for all in the family, so you find out an auspicious occasion to perform a pooja or conduct a marriage (taking into account the charts of the would be bride and groom and find out the best date for both of them). A good date and time could be selected for friends who decides to become partners in business, when you enter their date, time and place of birth.

There are times and dates which are good for one activity and not so good for another activity. To support this, we have developed customised panchangam (astrological almanac) that would inform you the dates that are suited for certain activities. ePanchang now offers you recommendations for categories such as Business, Health, Travel, Asset and Auspicious.
